General Questions
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically take between 2-3 business days. If your order is personalized or if it’s a “made-to-order” personalized item, it will typically take up to 5 business days.
Do you offer a discount for large quantity orders?
In most cases, the price per card will decrease as the quantity increases.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
When will I be billed for my order?
You order is charged to your credit card as soon as the order is received. If additions or credits are necessary, we will adjust your order appropriately.
Do you charge sales tax?
All orders placed within the United States and its territories are exempt from sales tax and duties except for the State of Florida. If you live in FL we are compelled to charge 7% sales tax on your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere internationally. We are always excited to have International clients and accomodate to have our shipping prices at the most reasonable cost possible.
Do you design paper goods and party favors for other events besides weddings?
Yes, we love working on new projects and events. In the past, we have created such things as cupcake toppers and favors for children’s birthday parties, business letterhead design, and even framed artwork and art prints. Check out our Custom section to view our previous designs.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because our items are personalized and are often on a made-to-order basis, we do not accept returns. If there is an error on our part, we will correct it.
Do you offer “Green” products or recycled paper options?
Yes, we typically use recycled paper and envelopes with at least 30% post-consumer waste (PCW) content. They also contain at least 20% renewable content, usually plant fibers or cotton.
Custom Stationery & Blog Headers
How long does the process take?
Depending on the detail and scope of the design, we often work with each client to come up with a schedule that suits everyone.
Can I use a previous illustration from Lydia & Pugs, say from my blog header, and use it for my Christmas cards, etc?
Yes! A great advantage about getting a custom design is you can use your custom illustration in any other Lydia & Pugs items, such as paper goods, tote bags or even coffee mugs.
Is it possible to have more than one dog and/or pet on a note card?
Of course! We definitely want to make sure all your family members are included in your custom design.
I don’t have any pets or animals, but I really love your style, can you still do a custom design for me?
Yes! We often work with clients who don’t own a pet at all! We are always open to your ideas!
Wedding Invitations & Paper Goods
How long does it take to receive my personalized order?
Typically it takes about 2-3 weeks, upon ordering to receive your customized wedding invitations.
Will I be able to see a proof?
Proofs will be emailed once the design concept and/or wording have been approved from the client.
Could you assist me with wording on my paper goods or proper wedding etiquette?
Yes, we can work with you by email and assist you with your wording ideas.
What type of paper do you print on?
We print on pure white heavy weight #110lb. cover stock with a smooth finish. We also offer a specialty linen textured cover stock paper by request.
Aprons & Tote Bags
I saw one of your previously designed apron and/or tote bag on your blog or Etsy page, is it possible to get that same one duplicated?
Yes, if the design is not a custom order, you can most definitely get the apron or tote duplicated in the same fabric or embroidery design.
What sizes do your aprons fit?
Our women’s aprons are typically a one-size-fits-all apron. It has an adjustable D-ring around the neck and the apron strings are approximately 120 inches and from top to bottom of apron measures 60 inches in length.
How large are your tote bags?
Our Embroidered Dog Silhouette canvas totes come in one size, they measure 13x13x3 and the handles are approximately 10 inches. Our canvas printed totes come in 3 different sizes: Medium, Large, and Jumbo.
