Lydia & Pugs provides it's clients with one-on-one personal consultation with clear communication for the scope of the design project. Designs are agreed upon with clients prior to commencement of work. Visuals of each project are represented prior to completion, through either photos, sketches or proofs of the work. Estimates of the design work are give based on the size and time of each design. Lydia & Pugs is always committed to giving it's clients satisfaction.

All designs feature original artwork by Lydia & Pugs. All artwork and designs are protected by copyright.

Payments can be submitted by either credit card: Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

Lydia & Pugs offers flat rate shipping anywhere in the US. Stock stationery and accessory orders are printed and shipped within 1 - 3 days. Please allow an additional 2 - 6 days for shipping if personalized. Orders to all other countries are shipped via International First Class mail, which typically takes 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Custom orders could take 1-2 weeks longer, depending on the item.

All of the materials we use are premium quality and have been carefully hand-selected to perfectly suit their intended use. Flat note cards are printed on double thick 110 lb card stock paper. Folded note cards are printed on smooth 80 lb card stock. All note cards are paired with coordinating A2-envelopes and packaged in clear cellophane sleeves or a signature gift box upon request.

We have made every effort to accurately display our product colors on our website and shop. However, please note that colors vary a bit due to the browser/monitor they are viewed on.

The information received by Lydia & Pugs will be kept confidential. Your information will never be given or sold to a third party and we will never share or sell your information.
